You don't need pre-existing flexibility or strength to start your yoga journey with us. Our classes are designed to address various aspects, encompassing the body, breath, mind, and spirit. Harmony Yoga welcomes everyone, regardless of their starting point, and we look forward to supporting you on this transformative path.
To locate our studio, look for the Harmony sign on the building. The entry door is directly below the sign. Once you're through the door, head up the stairs, and you'll find us as the first door on the right at the top of the stairs.
Yes, we provide yoga mats to use during classes. We understand that personal preference is important, so feel free to use one of our mats or bring your own if you have a favorite. Our priority is to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience on the mat, whether it's one of ours or your own.
Yes, our yoga studio is heated to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your practice. However, it's important to note that we maintain a warm and gentle temperature rather than a hot environment.
Pregnancy-friendly yoga can bring numerous advantages, but it's important to inform your instructor of your pregnancy. Steer clear of twisting, inversions, pranayama, abdominal strengthening poses, and lying on your belly. As your pregnancy advances, balancing poses may become more challenging; utilize props such as a wall or blocks for stability and consider extending your time in the pose. Hydration is key, so be sure to drink ample water and take breaks when necessary.
Please feel free to reach out to us and we will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. We are dedicated to supporting you on your yoga journey!
