Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your relationship with yourself, this training offers a grounded, inclusive, and experiential path into the heart of the practice.

Together, we'll explore how yoga extends far beyond movement and into the everyday moments that shape our lives. Through practice, study, self-inquiry, and community, you'll learn to embody the teachings of yoga in a way that feels authentic, accessible, and sustainable.

"This is not about performing poses or memorizing scripts. It's about learning how to listen—to your body, your breath, your students, and your life."

What Makes This Training Different

This program is built on three core values:

1. Embodied Learning

You learn by practicing, experiencing, reflecting, and teaching - not by memorizing information. Anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and ethics are all taught through lived experience.

2. Integrity & Inclusion

Yoga is not one-size-fits-all. This training emphasizes accessibility, consent, cultural awareness, and ethical responsibility so you can teach with care and clarity in real-world spaces.

3. Real Teaching Skills

You will leave knowing how to:

  • Build and sequence complete classes
  • Cue clearly and confidently
  • Offer options and modifications
  • Understand when and when not to assist
  • Teach from presence rather than performance

Nikki is the founder of Harmony Yoga & Wellness, a space devoted to connection, healing, and the quiet power of coming home to yourself.

Her journey began through movement, but deepened through life—guiding her toward a more intentional, breath-led practice rooted in presence and inner awareness. What she offers is not just yoga, but an experience: a gentle unraveling, a return to center, a remembering.

Through her guidance, students are invited to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with the wisdom within. Each class becomes a space to restore balance, build resilience, and realign with what truly matters.

Nikki holds space for community, ceremony, and transformation—supporting others in living with greater intention, authenticity, and ease.

In addition to group classes, Nikki offers 1:1 private sessions, birthday and bachelorette celebrations, retreats, cacao ceremonies, energy healing sessions, and more.
